Job Description

Responsibilities

Social media: Plan, write, design and schedule posts for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram across our brands. Keep the content calendar current and share simple monthly results.
Design and copy: Create flyers, brochures, email graphics and digital ads in Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva. Write captions and copy that fit each brand's voice and standards.
Sales support: Build sales flyers, presentations, leave-behinds and sales contest materials for our reps.
Events: Help prepare for trade shows, sales meetings and company events.
Recruiting: Design job ad graphics and hiring fair materials. Produce employee spotlights and short recruiting videos.
Photo and video: Visit our plants now and then to capture photos and video for social, sales and recruiting.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism or a related field
A portfolio of design and/or writing samples
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva
Comfortable with Microsoft Office
Strong writing skills and an eye for detail
Organized and able to manage several projects and deadlines at once

Preferred

HubSpot or other email marketing/CRM experience
Social scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite or Hootsuite
Photo and video shooting and editing
Experience using AI tools for writing or design
