Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plans, manages, and supports all advertising campaigns and events to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across teams.
  • Exhibits strong creative thinking and actively monitors and applies relevant industry trends; must be able to multitask and oversee all facets of the marketing team as well as vendor support.
  • Leads the development and growth of the company's digital presence and social media strategy, ensuring alignment with eCommerce objectives and online sales initiatives.
  • Actively collaborates with the eCommerce Manager to develop integrated campaigns and digital strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and revenue across all online channels.
  • Demonstrates a strong working knowledge of social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn) and applies current best practices in social media marketing, content strategy, audience engagement, and paid social advertising to grow brand presence and drive measurable results.
  • Develops written processes and standards for posting content across social media platforms to ensure brand consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Fosters strong cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging, branding, and campaign execution across marketing, eCommerce, and community outreach.
  • Ensures maximization of advertising co-op funding from participating vendors and confirms the company is properly credited for all applicable co-op opportunities; negotiates and evaluates vendor relationships to assess viability and strategic fit.
  • Provides guidance and insight to the Donation Committee on donation and sponsorship approval processes.
  • Works with the Marketing Manager to lead meetings and deliver presentations pertaining to marketing for a wide variety of audiences including senior leadership, departmental work groups, community members, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, advertising, brand management, communications, or a related field required.
  • Experience supporting or leading marketing campaigns, promotions, content development, and cross-functional projects preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities, manage deadlines, and work effectively with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Prior experience with digital marketing, social media, email marketing, eCommerce platforms, analytics, and/or campaign reporting strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and growing brand presence across major social media platforms, including content planning, community engagement, and paid social campaigns, required.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting or leading marketing campaigns, promotions, content development, and cross-functional projects preferred.
  • Prior experience with digital marketing, social media, email marketing, eCommerce platforms, analytics, and/or campaign reporting strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and digital marketing tools strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in social media platforms and social media marketing strategies, including organic content, paid advertising, analytics, and platform-specific best practices, strongly preferred.
