Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Assist in planning effective marketing campaigns leveraging a variety of marketing tactics to promote select IEI products into assigned vertical markets to ensure leads are generated for all stages of the buying cycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather marketing materials and information.
• Help manage social media platforms and engage with our online community.
• Research and assist in maintaining existing online industry portals and directories.
• Assist in conducting market research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
• Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Assist in designing and implementing clear and effective HTML-based email promotions, web pages, and landing pages.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience in marketing or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in the use of business productivity tools such as Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite, and Google Suite.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possesses efficient time management, and strong organizational skills, is self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Positive and determined attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems, processes, plans, and programs.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English with good interpersonal skills.
