Job Summary

Own and drive content publishing, web updates, and social media engagement as part of the marketing team, coordinating blog publishing, page updates, and review responses while collaborating on marketing projects.

Publish blog articles in WordPress with established procedures
Create and update website pages and profiles
Respond to customer reviews across platforms

Job Description

Responsibilities

Publish *3–4 blog articles per week* in WordPress using our established procedures (including formatting content, adding headings and internal links, updating schema markup, optimizing images and featured photos). _Content is provided, this position will only need to publish/post the content._
Create and update pages on website. _Content is provided._
Upload photos of completed projects to company profiles including Google Business Profile, Yelp and other online directories
Respond professionally to customer reviews across multiple platforms
Create Facebook and Instagram posts featuring: recent customer reviews, before-and-after project photos, company updates
Assist with other marketing projects as needed

Requirements

Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable using WordPress, Elementor, and/or Canva (or eager to learn)
Familiar with Facebook and Instagram business pages
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects
Creative while following established branding guidelines
