Responsibilities

• Creates and coordinates content for social media, print, digital signage, and marketing initiatives.
• Assists with planning and execution of campus events, promotions, and retail marketing campaigns.
• Supports student marketing ambassadors and collaborates with dining and campus partners.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while adapting to changing priorities.
• Assist management staff in preparing confidential employment and labor relations documents, including but not limited to proposed disciplinary notices.
• Assist with staffing, including finding staff when employees call out on short notice.
• Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, school personnel, administrators, student\'s parents and Supervisor.
• Complete and maintain accurate and up to date records of students eligible for free and reduced priced lunches if applicable.
• Coordinates content needed for marketing initiatives.
• Works within provided budgets and guidelines.

Requirements

• Prior experience in social media, graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), or similar design software), proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in event planning or marketing is preferred.
