Job Summary

Own and optimize MSGCU’s data-driven marketing analytics and audience targeting, turning performance data into strategic insights to grow acquisition, strengthen member relationships, and sharpen competitive position.

  • Own the Marketing Data Management Platform as a subject matter expert, running queries, validating data, and enriching programs with credit-union and industry data.
  • Develop regular dashboards and KPIs, monitor campaigns, brand health, and referrals, and translate results into actionable guidance for campaign leads.
  • Lead high-level research and audience development using first- and third-party data to inform member journeys and marketing automation.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collects, organizes, analyzes, and reports marketing and business performance data to support MSGCU’s growth strategies.
  • Uses data sources and analytical skills to identify new business and marketing opportunities to optimize acquisition efforts and strengthen member relationships.
  • Provides strategic insights to enhance MSGCU’s competitive position and prepare for future opportunities.
  • Serves as SME for MSGCU’s Marketing Data Management Platform and related software; ensures complete and effective utilization; runs queries; validates the database; uses credit union and industry data sources to supplement and enhance platforms and programs.
  • Maintains regular reporting processes to monitor campaign performance, brand health, and member referral metrics; develops KPIs; aggregates results across channels; collaborates with campaign leads; develops dashboards for marketing initiatives and campaign tracking.
  • Engages in high-level primary and secondary research to support marketing strategies; develops targeted audiences using first- and third-party data; defines prospect segments; supports member journeys and marketing automation.
  • Coordinates with vendors and third parties to gather external insights; optimizes communications, test scenarios, and deployment strategies; tracks leads from engagement to conversion; assists with special projects; collaborates with IT.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related field (required)
  • 3 years of experience in a Marketing Analyst role, including experience administering, managing, and preparing reports from a Marketing Data Management and/or CRM platform

Preferred

  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience with financial services (preferred)
