Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support development and maintenance of marketing performance dashboards and contribute to reporting and insights generation in partnership with Marketing Operations and Analytics teams
  • Assist in analyzing campaign and digital performance and help translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Support development of customer journeys across digital and customer-facing channels, helping align content, campaigns, and experiences to customer needs and business objectives
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, digital engagement, conversion, and overall marketing effectiveness
  • Partner with the Brand & Digital Experience Manager to support website optimization, digital marketing programs, and marketing technology initiatives
  • Support adoption of AI-enabled marketing tools and processes that improve efficiency, targeting, personalization, and performance
  • Help ensure content is structured and optimized for both customer engagement and AI-driven search and discovery experiences
  • Support budget tracking activities and help maintain visibility into spend and performance in coordination with Finance and Marketing Operations
  • Assist in coordinating brand planning activities, including timelines, documentation, and cross-team alignment
  • Partner with North America Communications to support consistent messaging and content alignment across channels

Requirements

  • This is an entry-level position, and prior experience is not required. However, you will be expected to produce high-quality work related to OR equivalent academic, internship, or project-based experience in marketing, UX, research, analytics, digital marketing, or related areas
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, Engineering. In lieu of a degree a combination of education and relevant work experience may also be considered
  • You have demonstrated experience contributing to cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • You are skilled at organizing, structuring, and synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable outputs
  • You have strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • You are knowledgeable in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Figma, survey tools, analytics platforms, content management systems, or AI-enabled marketing tools
  • You are curious, adaptable, and open to feedback, with the ability to learn and iterate in fast-paced, project-based environments
  • You have an interest in customer experience, customer journeys, digital experience, marketing technology, AI-enabled marketing, energy, sustainability, or B2B marketing, with the motivation to take on greater ownership over time
