Marketing & Agent Experience Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Create social media graphics, captions, reels, and videos that highlight our agents and brokerage.
• Maintain consistent branding across social media, email, and marketing materials.
• Communicate upcoming classes, events, announcements, and opportunities to agents.
• Celebrate agent accomplishments, milestones, and success stories.
• Welcome agents and guests, answer phones, and assist with daily front desk responsibilities.
• Help coordinate office events and encourage agent participation and engagement.
• Create content that helps prospective agents see the value of joining our brokerage.

Requirements

• Strong social media, Canva, and writing skills.
• An eye for design and the ability to create polished, engaging content.
• A friendly, outgoing personality and a willingness to build relationships.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• The ability to balance creative projects with daily office responsibilities.
• Comfort taking photos and filming short videos.
• Real estate experience is a plus!
