Coordinate administrative support for the Iron County Fair and assist the Fair Director with branding and program execution.

Own administrative tasks and assist branding efforts for the Iron County Fair.
Must-have: High School Diploma or equivalent with related experience and a valid Utah driver license.
Standout: knowledge of the Fair, basic HTML/video editing, and website basics to support operations.

Perform administrative, clerical, and general office support.
Perform skilled duties to generate awareness of the Iron County Fair while assisting the Iron County Fair Director in accomplishing the goals and objectives of the Iron County Fair and providing assistance in the overall branding efforts.
Works under the general guidance and direction of the Iron County Fair Director.

High School Diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of closely related experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Must have and maintain a valid Utah Driver License in accordance with Iron County Personnel Policy Section 30.
Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
Knowledge of Iron County Fair and associated events; website structure and functionality; modern office practices and procedures; various computer applications (i.e. word processing, web design, photo editing, data entry, database management and spreadsheets); basic html code and video editing.
