Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create and publish content: social posts, graphics, infographics, web updates, and digital, campaign assets
- Execute campaigns that communicate client value propositions and highlight member products and services
- Maintain and improve websites in WordPress and Drupal, including landing pages and routine updates (HTML/CSS)
- Execute targeted email communications using Mailchimp and membership database (CRM) (segmentation and audience targeting)
- Produce multimedia assets using Adobe tools plus basic photo, video, and audio editing
- Support monthly performance reporting across social, email, and web channels
- Work across client SaaS systems including membership databases, conference management and registration tools, learning new platforms quickly and simplifying processes
- Support website security and member only content delivery, coordinating updates and improvements with staff and vendors
- Coordinate with TSO teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to keep projects moving and deliver on deadlines
Requirements
- Highly organized with strong follow through and a bias for execution
- Comfortable in a fast changing client environment and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong ability to translate technical information into clear, audience appropriate messaging
- Hands on experience with WordPress and Drupal
- Experience with email marketing and CRM or membership database workflows
- Client ready communication skills and professionalism, in person and virtually, including on site support as needed
- Experience with Industrial, manufacturing, construction, or trade association marketing
