Job Summary

Own client operations and onboarding with franchise-scale ownership, using Meta/Google ads and CRM guidance to drive fast onboarding, consistent reporting, and strategy discussions.

ownership of client communications, meeting cadence, and follow ups across 1-50 franchise accounts.
Coordinate onboarding with the onboarding lead and manage ongoing client support, performance reviews, and tool-based strategy discussions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Coordinate client meetings
Document meeting notes + action items with follow up emails to follow
Client support + communication (Meta & Google Advertising | CRM Guidance)
Client onboarding with onboarding lead
Weekly and monthly reporting
Campaign processing - Ads + SMS Activations
Review client performance and conversions
Ability to discuss marketing strategies with the marketing tools in place
Ability to navigate within Meta & Google platforms
Manage 1-50 franchise accounts/businesses

Requirements

Proficient in communication, organization, Google Suite – Excel, Word, and other Microsoft products.
They must be able to understand project management tools.
This is a remote, full-time (40 hours) opportunity.
