Job Summary

Own the Dallas referral network by building and maintaining relationships with hospitals and care facilities while educating partners on programs and managing a weekly activity cadence.

  • Referral Partnerships: Develop a broad set of sources across hospitals, physician offices, rehab facilities, and senior-care communities.
  • Outreach & Education: Promote services and run community events to educate partners about programs.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Maintain follow-ups and submit weekly activity reports to track pipeline health.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain referral relationships throughout the Dallas area
  • Visit hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living communities, nursing facilities, and other referral sources
  • Promote agency services and educate referral partners on available programs
  • Attend community events, networking opportunities, and healthcare outreach activities
  • Follow up on referral opportunities and maintain professional relationships
  • Submit weekly activity and outreach reports

Requirements

  • Healthcare, marketing, customer service, recruiting, sales, or community outreach experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, professional, and dependable
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver\'s license required
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
