Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and actively develop a defined segment of the enrollment pipeline (e.g., dual credit, assigned high schools, or targeted student populations), with accountability for conversion and enrollment outcomes.
  • Identify gaps and barriers within the funnel and implement targeted interventions to improve student progression and yield.
  • Utilize Slate CRM to track, analyze, and manage prospect and applicant data, ensuring accurate and actionable insights.
  • Monitor funnel performance, identify trends, and take proactive steps to improve conversion rates and overall effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute data-informed communication strategies that support movement through the enrollment funnel.
  • Execute recruitment marketing strategies in alignment with institutional priorities and in collaboration with Marketing and Communications.
  • Draft and manage communications across the admissions funnel (email, text, print, and digital campaigns), ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
  • Coordinate the development and updating of marketing materials (print, digital, and web) in partnership with Marketing and Communications.
  • Build, manage, and expand partnerships with high schools, ISDs, private and charter schools to support dual credit growth and recruitment efforts.
  • Serve as a primary liaison to assigned schools and partners, ensuring consistent engagement and relationship development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • 2 years' experience in administrative operations, or project support experience preferably in higher education, admissions, or a marketing department.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), preferred.
  • Must hold a valid Texas driver's license.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel if needed. (reliable transportation is essential.)
  • Working knowledge of Slate CRM, Ellucian Colleague ERP, Informer reporting system, among other systems.
