Job Summary

Own and execute resort marketing initiatives that drive traffic to VRR locations, lead City Store and in-resort activations, and shepherd cross-channel campaigns with data-driven results that align with long-term growth priorities.

  • Drive growth across walk-in and non-DTC channels through integrated campaigns and activations
  • Lead regional playbooks, cross-functional collaboration, and measurement to optimize impact
  • Build scalable frameworks for marketing operations and partner with Sales, Product, Analytics, and Operations

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the reimagination and execution of in-resort marketing strategies to drive traffic into VRR’s rental and retail locations and maximize guest acquisition.
  • Lead the City Store growth strategy
  • Lead the Retail In-Resort Activations Project – build framework to support ops execution of in-resort activations and drive accountability.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to strengthen existing initiatives and unlock new growth.
  • Lead execution of the strategic marketing plan to drive market share growth across target customer segments and geographic regions for walk-in and non-DTC channels.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies that align with long-term growth priorities and deliver measurable results.
  • Develop and deploy integrated marketing campaigns across print, in-store, digital and partnership channels to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition and conversion.
  • Be the main point of contact for field leadership on ideation and execution of City and regional marketing opportunities.
  • Manage budget and resource allocation to optimize campaign performance and ensure efficient use of marketing spend.
  • Provide the regional playbook for in-market strategy directives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or a minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Passion for marketing, business development and innovation
  • Strong business acumen, with a demonstrated track record of driving profitable business results
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to achieve desired results in a fast-paced, highly competitive, multi-tasking environment
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to tell compelling stories
  • Strong communicator who can provide and receive feedback
  • Inspirational leader with the ability to form effective internal and external business partnerships that influence the business
  • Ability to think strategically, understand complex business challenges and formulate effective solutions designed to improve results
  • Experience setting a shared vision and direction and building the excitement needed to influence a wide variety of stakeholders
