Job Summary

Plan and run Mandarin led cross channel campaigns and events that feed a healthy pipeline, combining in person and online tactics to reach students and parents.

  • Responsibilities: Lead multi channel event and campaign execution to generate high quality leads and pipeline momentum.
  • Channel & Asset Management: Coordinate cross platform assets and campaigns across social, PR, content, email, and SEO.
  • Reporting & Outreach: Track leads and enrollments, analyze user behavior weekly, and coordinate expos, seminars, and school talks.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute both online and in-person marketing events and campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Manage and implement cross-platform assets and campaigns.
  • Monitor leads and enrollments across all marketing channels (including events, PR, WeChat, Facebook, content, emails, SEO, and more), with weekly/monthly progress reporting and analysis of customer behavior and user experience.
  • Support the coordination of specific outreach tactics, including expos, seminars, webinars, school talks, and related event logistics.

Requirements

  • Native or Proficient in Mandarin
  • Proficient in English - Spoken/Written
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Professionalism, Time and Stress Management, Confidence, Positive attitude (patience, empathy), Willingness to learn and go the extra mile
  • Experience in Chinese Marketing platforms and channels.
  • Experience In Graphic Design, Copywriting, And Video Editing (Required).
  • Experience in Xiaohongshu (RED) marketing campaigns is a plus.
  • Experience in the education sector — for example, the high school or higher education space(s) (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Background in college consulting or similarly parent focused roles (preferred but not mandatory)
