Manager, YouTube Ads

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management & Execution - Own all aspects of YouTube ad campaign setup and optimization as the primary channel manager. - Manage YouTube and Demand Generation campaign formats in Google Ads/Google Ads Editor with various Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion objectives. Client Engagement - Act as the internal and external POC for live and upcoming campaigns, make proactive recommendations to achieve client KPIs, implement requested changes, and ensure client requests are operationalized. Team Collaboration - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with client objectives. - Manage day to day tasks and responsibilities utilizing the team’s project management platform. Analysis & Reporting - Monitor campaign pacing and adjust budgets and bids as necessary to deliver in full. - Deliver clear, data-driven performance reports and insights to clients. - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads across all YouTube ad formats and objectives (Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion).
• Hands-on experience in managing monthly campaign budgets of $50k+
• Thorough understanding of Google Ads mechanics, including KPI optimization, audience targeting, pixel/tag implementations, and bid/budget management.
• Proactive approach to campaign optimization and strategy.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong quantitative skills.

• Google Ads Editor proficiency.
• Paid Search campaign management experience.
• PMax campaign management experience.
• Microsoft Ads experience.
• DV360 experience.
