Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the activation and execution of digital media campaigns across display, video, social, mobile, and programmatic channels – hold media and creative teams to activation timelines.
  • Lead strategic conversations on technology integrations to improve efficiency, data quality, and media performance.
  • Ensure accurate implementation of ad server configurations, tagging, verification, and data management solutions.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with media teams, creative agencies, and vendors.
  • Stay up to date on the evolving media technology landscape and provide thought leadership on best practices and innovations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Analysts and Sr. Analysts, providing guidance on campaign execution, technical troubleshooting, and career development.
  • Develop and implement standardized processes for campaign setup, QA, and reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Conduct training sessions on emerging ad tech solutions and best practices – work on building presentation skills.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding ad technology strategies and execution.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital media operations, ad technology, or related fields (agency or publisher side)
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, business, or a related field preferred
  • Strong expertise in ad serving platforms (CM360, Innovid/Flashtalking), DMPs, DSPs, verification tools (DV, IAS), and tag management systems
  • Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant analytics tools
