  • Growth Infrastructure: Define and own the organic social strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest with channel roles, audience, and KPIs.
  • Execution & Insights: Build a cross‑platform content calendar, manage day‑to‑day posting, and run data‑driven experiments to lift reach and engagement.
  • Audience Expansion: Identify formats and angles to reach new, younger audiences, monitor trends in real time, and insert Noom into culture with native feeling.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Audit Noom's current social presence across all channels and deliver a data-backed recommendation on where we should play, at what cadence, and with what content approach on each platform.
  • Define and own the organic social strategy across key platforms—including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest—establishing each channel's unique role, audience, and KPIs.
  • Build and manage a cross-platform content calendar that balances brand storytelling, campaign support, product launches, and community engagement.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of Noom's social media accounts, publishing content on schedule, accounts are actively monitored, and the brand shows up consistently across platforms.
  • Write sharp, platform-specific creative briefs that the content team can execute with confidence, and assess deliverables to ensure they deliver against their brief.
  • Develop and execute a strategy for reaching and engaging with new, younger audiences—identifying the platforms, formats, and content angles that drive incremental reach beyond Noom's existing follower base.
  • Monitor cultural trends, platform moments, and audience conversations in real time—identifying opportunities to insert Noom into the cultural conversation in ways that feel native and build genuine brand love.
  • Own and optimize towards organic social KPIs, including reach, engagement, and social-attributed leads; identify top-performing content to amplify with paid media.
  • Build an AI-powered approach to brand tracking, social listening, and competitive social monitoring—tracking peer brand performance, emerging content formats, platform trends, and shifts in audience behavior.
  • Manage and develop a direct report responsible for social listening, community management, and engagement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in social media, with a proven track record of driving organic reach, audience growth, and engagement.
  • Deep platform fluency across Meta (Instagram + Facebook) and TikTok, with solid working knowledge of YouTube and awareness of Pinterest, Snapchat, and Reddit.
  • Experience owning and managing social media accounts day-to-day—you know how to keep channels active, consistent, and performing, not just set the strategy.
  • Strong command of platform analytics—you can pull data and distill insights from our social media management tool and native platform dashboards, identify what's working and why, and run experiments with rigor.
  • Experience managing a multi-platform content calendar across concurrent campaigns and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Fluency in paid-organic synergy—you understand how to identify organic signals worth amplifying and how top organic performers should inform paid creative.
  • Algorithm and distribution expertise: you think about discoverability and non-follower reach, not just broadcasting to your existing audience.
  • Experience managing or mentoring a direct report is a plus, as is experience at a DTC, subscription, or health & wellness brand.

Nice to have

  • Experience mentoring a direct report.
  • Experience at a DTC, subscription, or health & wellness brand.
