Job Summary

Own Patriot Lifting's social media program from strategy through execution, including content creation, publishing, engagement, and performance analysis across multiple platforms.

  • Lead calendar planning and content production for photos, videos, and updates.
  • Drive engagement and reporting to optimize reach and lead activity.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage Patriot Lifting’s social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
  • Create, schedule, and publish photos, videos, project highlights, employee features, and company updates.
  • Visit jobsites when appropriate to capture high-quality photos and video footage.
  • Edit short-form videos, reels, project recaps, and promotional content.
  • Write clear and engaging captions that reflect Patriot Lifting’s professional brand.
  • Respond to comments and messages and help maintain positive audience engagement.
  • Monitor social media performance, audience growth, engagement, and lead activity.
  • Prepare regular reports showing results and recommended improvements.
  • Coordinate with company leadership, operators, customers, and field personnel to identify content opportunities.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of experience managing business social media accounts, digital marketing, content creation, or a similar function.
  • Demonstrated ability to create professional social media content.
  • Strong photography, videography, and video-editing skills.
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics platforms.
  • Strong written communication, grammar, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain a consistent publishing schedule.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of results.
  • Willingness to occasionally visit active jobsites and work around cranes, trucks, industrial equipment, and construction operations.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with customers, employees, and business partners.

Preferred

  • Experience marketing a construction, industrial, equipment-rental, transportation, manufacturing, or skilled-trades company.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, or similar design and editing programs.
  • Experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, website content management, email marketing, and lead tracking.
  • Experience producing drone footage is a plus, but not required.
