Job Summary

Own and optimize Cradles to Crayons social presence across platforms, turning executive stories into engagement and brand advocacy.

Social leadership: Manage multi-platform campaigns, thought leadership content for the CEO and executives, and a shared content calendar.
Content & engagement: Create and schedule text, image, and video assets that align with brand voice and drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Analytics & optimization: Monitor metrics with Google Analytics, HubSpot, and platform insights, reporting regularly and translating sentiment trends into actionable recommendations.
