Manager, Social Media Content leads the end-to-end strategy and execution of organic social media content across platforms, developing creative, brand-aligned campaigns that engage audiences and drive business objectives. This role owns content planning and ideation, including building editorial calendars, writing culturally relevant copy, and creating scalable content frameworks that maintain and evolve the brand voice. It collaborates cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and legal teams to produce and amplify high-performing content aligned with broader campaigns and goals. Additionally, the role monitors trends and audience insights, supports community engagement, and proactively identifies timely opportunities to keep the brand relevant and engaging.

What You Will Do

• Lead the development and execution of organic social media strategy across key platforms, including content planning, editorial calendars, and creative frameworks.
• Create engaging, platform-specific copy and concepts, managing content from ideation through production while maintaining a strong, consistent brand voice.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with campaign objectives, brand strategy, and business goals.
• Identify and leverage trends, insights, and cultural moments to produce timely, relevant, and high-performing content.
• Support community engagement by monitoring and responding to audience interactions and maintaining an active brand presence.
• Collaborate with paid media teams to extend the reach and impact of top-performing content.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a strong foundation in digital and social media strategy.
• 7+ years of professional social media experience, with a focus on organic, brand-led content development and execution.
• Demonstrated expertise in social platforms, audience behavior, and analytics tools, paired with strong strategic thinking and creative ideation skills.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling ability, including experience creating engaging, culturally relevant content and humor-driven copy.
