Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day social channels for Beckons and Americas lodges across priority platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging formats
  • Plan, create, and publish social-first content including photography, video, Reels, Stories, and destination storytelling
  • Engage with the Beckons community through comments, direct messages, and guest interactions in a thoughtful, brand-appropriate voice
  • Work closely with internal teams and lodges to source, capture, and improve social content from properties and destinations
  • Guide and support lodges in creating their own social content while maintaining consistent global brand standards
  • Collaborate with Brand, Creative, PR, and Performance Marketing teams to support campaigns and brand storytelling
  • Monitor social performance, identify trends, and share insights to improve engagement and audience growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in social media, digital content, or brand storytelling roles
  • Experience working in agency, brand, or hybrid environments managing social accounts
  • Strong creative and editorial instincts with the ability to produce engaging social-first content
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about travel, culture, and experiential brands
  • A portfolio of social content or relevant work is required as part of the application.
