Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Manager, Revenue Growth Management is responsible for executing, operationalizing, and commercializing RGM strategies to drive net revenue, profit margins, and sustainable growth for T&G and our growers.
  • This high-visibility role will spearhead the evolution and execution of T&G’s pricing model with sales partners, enhance promotional effectiveness through optimized trade spend, and drive cross-functional efficiencies to embed a fact-based RGM culture throughout the organization.
  • Pricing Strategy & Management: Lead pricing analytics and strategy execution: develop and implement pricing guidelines, manage price increases/decreases, and optimize pricing across channels/segments based on supply, brand elasticity and competitive benchmarks to drive profitable growth.
  • Trade Spend & Promo Optimization: Drive trade promotion effectiveness: analyze historical and forward-looking promotional ROI, efficiency, and incrementality across retailers/channels; recommend optimal spend allocation, guardrails, and promotional mechanics to reduce low-ROI activities, minimize value erosion, and maximize incremental profitable sales in alignment with RGM principles.
  • Forecasting and Scenario Planning: Build and run advanced analytics models: to forecast demand, simulate pricing/product changes (e.g., impact of price adjustments or new packs on volume, revenue, and margins), and provide actionable recommendations for commercial decisions.
  • Price Pack Architecture (PPA): Own PPA development and optimization: by structuring the product portfolio with pack sizes, price points, and configurations that address diverse shopper needs, enhance mix management, and optimize supply chain costs while supporting overall profitability.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment & Leadership: Partner with sales, sales ops, finance, and marketing to execute unified strategies; support change management by promoting fact-based pricing decisions and value-focused mindset.

Requirements

  • Min 2–3 years into a Revenue Growth Management role at a large CPG company. Produce/fresh food industry background (large CPG strongly preferred).
  • Pricing & Promotion Framework - Experience developing and applying price and promotional framework, pricing guidelines, and price modeling to support profitable commercial decisions.
  • Trade Spend & Promotion Effectiveness - Expertise in evaluating promotion ROI and incrementality, optimizing trade spend allocation, and improving promotional effectiveness using syndicated and POS data.
  • Advanced Analytical & Insight Generation – Strong capability to integrate consumer trends, syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen/IRI), POS insights, competitive intelligence, and retailer performance metrics into clear, actionable commercial recommendations.
  • Execution & Results Orientation - Strong prioritization, project management, and KPI discipline, with a track record of delivering profitable growth, margin improvement, and mix optimization in fast-paced settings.
  • Advanced analytical proficiency: Excel/advanced modeling, Syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI), POS/consumer panel/retailer data
  • Experience building/running econometric models, demand forecasts, and pricing simulations for P&L impact.
  • Experienced ability to distill complex analytics into compelling executive stories, drive change, and build buy-in across levels.
  • Strong prioritization and project management skills and commitment to data integrity/KPIs.
