Own and manage the end-to-end retention programs across email, SMS, and app for BuDhaGirl and affiliates, shaping strategy, calendars, campaigns, journeys, and loyalty programs to maximize repeat purchases and lifetime value.

Own automated customer journeys (welcome, browse, cart, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back, VIP).
Lead app engagement and loyalty program development.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the complete email, SMS and app retention programs for BuDhaGirl and its affiliated brands and owned entities, including strategy, calendars, campaigns, push notifications, flows, segmentation, execution, QA and reporting.
Develop and manage the overall retention and customer lifecycle strategy, with a focus on repeat purchase rate, customer lifetime value, purchase frequency and retention revenue.
Own all automated customer journeys, including welcome, browse, cart, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back, VIP and other lifecycle flows.
Own the app communication and engagement strategy, including push notifications, app-exclusive messaging, customer segmentation, campaign planning and opportunities to increase app adoption, engagement and conversion.
Lead loyalty strategy and program management, including tiers, rewards, customer benefits
