Job Summary

Own cross-functional game-wide marketing planning and execution, with a focus on coordinating creative, UA, events, and CRM to hit live-service goals.

  • Plan and track game-wide marketing initiatives with Brand, Community, Product, Creative, UA, and Business Development to align timing and delivery.
  • Partner with the internal creative team and agency network to budget, schedule, and optimize creative work.
  • Oversee analytics, dashboards, budgets, and CRM campaigns to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop plans and tracking for executing game-wide marketing initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders such as: Brand, Community, Product Development, User Acquisition, Creative and Business Development
  • Partner with our internal creative agency on tracking and budgeting of creative work internally and through our agency partners
  • Collaborate with the User Acquisition team on setting goals and deliverables for new creative testing and localization process
  • Work with Hasbro team on necessary approvals
  • Partner with the game production and live ops teams on timing and deliverables for consumer facing new features, events, and promotion
  • Oversee marketing analytics, including dashboards, budget tracking, reports and ad hoc analysis
  • Help drive development and processes for our player CRM program and campaigns
  • Constantly review current processes and systems and improve upon them to make a more efficient marketing organization

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing in live service, including gaming, digital entertainment, or digital services
  • Strong experience in project management
  • Strong operator and executor with exceptional planning and organisational skills
  • Demonstrable experience of being highly collaborative and results-driven
