Responsibilities

• Strategy Development and Planning
• Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and target audience(s).
• Collaborate with Business Partners to define clear and measurable campaign goals, objectives and KPIs.
• Identify and prioritize communication channels (e.g., digital, print, social media, events) best suited to reach target audiences effectively.
• Create detailed plans for marketing communications campaigns, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Work closely with other departments (e.g., Business Partners, Brand, Content Strategy & Production, and Digital Channel Strategy & Operations) to align communication efforts with broader organizational initiatives.
• Allocate and manage assigned budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
• Collaborate with Business Partners to create and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that reflects in-market activity across all major lines of business
• Campaign Execution & Operations
• Coordinate with cross functional teams and other Strategy & Brand departments to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED Required
• Bachelor degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
• 8+ years experience leading high-impact marketing or communications programs and campaigns in Health Insurance or related Financial Services industry
• Experience in launching marketing campaigns or communications across a broad range of marketing channels to include TV, print, digital, Out-of-Home, direct mail and web
• Experience leading and motivating a team of marketers to plan and execute Omni-channel marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of health insurance products and operations preferred
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing and communications strategies and campaigns
• Understanding and experience in developing post campaign analysis and reports
• Understanding of marketing automation tools and services (e.g. SalesForce, Adobe Experience Suite)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
