• Design segmented, personalized messaging strategies for provider cohorts based on tenure, specialty, and activity.
• Partner with Product, Clinical, Provider Ops, and Brand to align campaigns with product updates and educational initiatives.
• Build automated workflows and triggers to guide providers through lifecycle stages and platform engagement.
• Run A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize messaging timing, channels, and engagement.
• Collaborate with Analytics to surface actionable insights on activation, engagement, and churn.
• Maintain a provider lifecycle roadmap focused on measurable retention and long-term value.
• Stay current on lifecycle best practices, CRM tools, and marketplace engagement strategies.
