Job Summary

Own and scale the Licensed Products division from concept to shop floor, delivering licensing strategy, e-commerce growth, and go-to-market execution to hit revenue and profitability goals.

  • Own the full product lifecycle, licensing relationships, and go-to-market for collegiate products.
  • Lead e-commerce growth through channel management, pricing, forecasting, and promotions.
  • Drive Sales & Marketing, digital programs, trade show presence, and performance analysis to meet annual revenue targets.

Job Description

Own and scale the Licensed Products division from concept to shop floor, delivering licensing strategy, e-commerce growth, and go-to-market execution to hit revenue and profitability goals.

  • Responsibilities: Own the full product lifecycle for the Licensed Products division.
  • Responsibilities: Lead all Sales & Marketing efforts for the division.
  • Responsibilities: Manage and grow all e-commerce sales channels and website platforms.
  • Responsibilities: Develop and launch new licensed products from concept through commercialization.
  • Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with collegiate licensing organizations and university partners.
  • Responsibilities: Develop annual sales, marketing, and growth strategies.
  • Responsibilities: Manage product pricing, margins, inventory planning, and forecasting.
  • Responsibilities: Oversee website merchandising, promotions, customer experience, and optimization.
  • Responsibilities: Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and influencer partnerships.
  • Responsibilities: Analyze sales trends, website analytics, customer behavior, and market opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of e-Commerce and consumer products experience required.
  • Experience managing products from concept through market launch.
  • Experience with collegiate licensing, retail, consumer products, or branded merchandise preferred.
  • Proven experience driving revenue growth and increasing brand awareness.
  • Experience leading sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L) management.
  • Experience with pricing strategies, product margins, forecasting, and inventory planning.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, website analytics, and market trends to make business decisions.
  • Understanding of product development and commercialization processes.
  • Experience with e-Commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar systems.

Preferred

  • Experience with collegiate licensing, retail, consumer products, or branded merchandise preferred.
