Own end-to-end influencer partnerships across strategy, sourcing, contracting, campaign management, media readiness, and measurement for luxury brand clients.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Influencer Strategy: Develop and evolve influencer marketing strategies across various clients, identifying key opportunities for creator selection, activation planning, content development, and paid amplification that support client/priorities positioning.
  • Creator Sourcing & Vetting: Work with account teams to Identify creators and talent aligned with client needs, target audiences, and campaign objectives. Conduct audience demographic reviews, engagement quality analysis, brand safety reviews, content quality assessments.
  • Contracting & Negotiation: Manage talent contracting, including outreach, fee negotiation, deliverable scoping, rights coordination,and other relevant terms in conjunction with client brand teams and agency leadership.
  • Campaign & Travel Management: Manage creators before, during, and after each activation, including briefing, deliverable tracking, content review coordination, posting timelines, and troubleshooting. As needed, manage travel logistics, shipping, and gifting to support the campaign’s needs
  • Paid Media & Usage Rights: Manage creator permissions and paid media readiness, including whitelisting authorization, platform  access, usage rights documentation, and coordination with client and other internal teams.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Work with account teams to track influencer content performance, engagement, audience quality, and campaign impact. Identify learnings and insights that inform future creator strategy.

Requirements

  • Remote Location: Though we are a fully remote company, we require team members to live in one of the following states: NY, CA, MA, OR, TX, GA, FL, MO, AZ, or NC
  • Proven Experience: 5-7 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator partnerships, with a strong preference for luxury, travel, or hospitality experience.
  • Influencer Marketing Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience managing influencer programs end-to-end, including creator strategy, sourcing and vetting, negotiations, campaign oversight, and performance evaluation.
  • Contracting & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate creator fees, deliverables, usage rights, and exclusivity terms, with strong working knowledge of influencer agreements and talent contracting best practices.
  • Paid Media Fluency: Strong understanding of whitelisting, paid social platforms, usage rights management, and the coordination required to run successful modern creator campaigns.
  • Client Communication: Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the judgment and professionalism to build trust, manage expectations, and confidently lead influencer-related discussions and presentations.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in all major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest) and fluency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Keynote, Google Apps, influencer marketing platforms, and social analytics tools like Sprinklr.
  • Project Management Strength: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple creator partnerships, logistics, contracts, and deadlines simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
  • Analytical Ability: Comfortable interpreting performance data across organic and paid channels, drawing conclusions, and translating insights into clear recommendations and measurable outcomes.
  • Cultural Fluency: Strong pulse on the creator economy, internet culture, luxury consumer behavior, and evolving platform dynamics, with the ability to spot emerging talent before the market does.
