Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational execution of subscriber growth initiatives, including offers, promotions, campaigns, and strategic programs that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention, serving as a key business stakeholder throughout planning, onboarding, and execution.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Commerce Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, Analytics, and Customer Experience teams to align requirements, coordinate execution, and ensure the successful delivery of growth initiatives.
  • Define and document business requirements, operational processes, and success criteria for new growth initiatives, platform enhancements, and strategic programs.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable operational and technical solutions that support FOX One’s growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain scalable processes, workflows, documentation, and operational playbooks that improve efficiency and enable growth initiatives to scale.
  • Coordinate and manage launch readiness across stakeholders, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables remain aligned throughout execution.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational tooling, automation, and reporting capabilities to improve team effectiveness and accelerate execution.
  • Measure and monitor the performance of growth initiatives, leveraging data and insights to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Establish feedback loops across business, product, and engineering teams to surface operational challenges, prioritize enhancements, and improve the scalability of growth programs.

Requirements

  • Typically, 7+ years of experience in Growth Operations, Business Operations, Marketing Operations, Partnerships, Product Operations, or a related function within media, technology, entertainment, or direct-to-consumer businesses.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based direct-to-consumer business models and the operational levers that drive growth.
  • Understanding of key subscription metrics and performance drivers, including acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention and churn.
  • Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives, influencing stakeholder priorities, and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decisions and drive operational improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear documentation, align stakeholders, and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive execution across cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through, who thrives in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment.
  • Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace a minimum of 3 days per week is an essential function of the position. Selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.
