  • Support the development of B2B growth initiatives, including identifying potential partners, coordinating outreach, supporting partner activations, and developing marketing collateral or co-marketing materials
  • Build lightweight testing frameworks to rapidly validate new channels and partnerships, scaling those that demonstrate strong CAC efficiency and acquisition potential
  • Continuously explore unconventional acquisition opportunities that can unlock new audiences and reduce reliance on traditional paid channels
  • Own and optimize performance reporting across channels, ensuring accurate, actionable visibility into DTC acquisition performance
  • Partner with agency & internal analytics on incrementality measurement across all channels and use insights to inform future media plans
  • Proactively surface insights, risks, and optimization opportunities to inform budget and strategy decisions
  • Collaborate with Sr Director of Revenue & Finance team on forecasting, spend pacing, and performance tracking against weekly/monthly acquisition goals

  • Highly curious and comfortable testing non-traditional growth channels including communities, partnerships, and creator ecosystems
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, brand, and analytics teams to drive performance outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
  • Comfortable operating in both strategic and executional modes, including running scrappy experiments and scaling what works.
