Job Summary

Own a multidisciplinary client-management and campaign ownership role in talent, brand partnerships, and entertainment rights; you’ll shape talent strategy, oversee licensing and sponsorship vetting, and translate performance into client-ready plans.

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships as primary contact across brand accounts including talent campaigns, brand partnerships, music licensing, and more.
  • Lead strategic planning and execution for talent campaigns: recommendations, outreach, contracting.
  • Monitor cultural and digital trends to identify rising talent aligned with client goals.
  • Lead music licensing across campaigns: identify tracks, secure rights, negotiate terms with labels/publishers.
  • Monitor studio film/TV slates to identify product integration and co-marketing opportunities with internal specialists.
  • Assess sponsorship opportunities and cultural platforms for brand fit and value.
  • Maintain trackers for project status, approvals, talent deliverables, and contracts.
  • Track campaign performance and report KPIs; translate insights into actions.
  • Develop and present decks and campaign narratives aligned with brand goals.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and support land and expand.
