Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Successfully launch new products, offers and ecommerce flows to manage the customer experience. You’ll develop maintenance requests and BRDs (business requirement documents) for new offers and processes, while working in close partnership with technology to translate into customer facing requirements.
  • You will create new offers and manage existing offers within the ecommerce platform in order to promote flagship publications, implement and build new landing pages for acquisition campaigns to ensure a seamless checkout experience, and execute new eCommerce flows to support new subscription offers and products presented in market - including digital pricing, promotions, and site assets
  • You will partner with a QA manager to manage the timelines, user acceptance testing, goals for testing, align on measurable KPIs, and create test plans
  • You will partner with cross-functional business units for new pricing plans and testing requests, including a streamlined intake process and project management of implementation from beginning to end
  • You will analyze existing processes for improvement, identify opportunities to drive KPIs, and automate manual processes
  • You will partner with your manager to create and optimize processes and timelines, embedding operational excellence into all workflows
  • You will manage a team of offer managers to provide mentorship, optimize processes, create a gold standard of operational excellence, and manage knowledge transfer

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in eCommerce with an ability to test APIs
  • Ability to lead with operational rigor, set standards for operational excellence with clearly defined project and process workflows
  • HTML and SQL skills required
  • Strong Leadership skills and experience with people management
  • Possess strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Detailed understanding of end-to-end eCommerce processes including: website infrastructure, content management, operations, and customer facing functionality
  • Experience optimizing AWS environments for performance, security and cost efficiency
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and influencing team members, building and maintaining effective working relationships across business units within an organization to enable success
  • Proficiency with Google suite applications
  • Knowledge of the media and publishing industry is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree - marketing preferred, or equivalent experience
