Responsibilities

• Manage end to end creation, execution and documentation of long term / multi-year business strategy and roadmaps.
• Develop new and innovative set of business capabilities and contribute to Digital business strategies through development of roadmaps and KPIs/targets.
• Lead cross-functional teams or projects with significant resource requirements, risk and complexity.
• Independently manage end-to-end functional programs and lead others to develop new solutions.
• Communicate difficult concepts; convert information to compelling business context and advice; influence and gain alignment across senior stakeholders.
• Provide guidance during frequent interactions with the working group and business leads; act as an advocate for the capabilities.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, designations, or equivalent required.
• 7+ years relevant experience.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies ( Agile, Scrum, etc ) preferred.
• Note: Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence familiarity preferred.
• AI taxonomy familiarity preferred.
• Strategic planning experience with outcome oriented mindset preferred.
• Ability to work within a broader team with ownership of concrete deliverables and KPIs preferred.
