Job Summary

Own the cross‑platform content engine for FCW Weekly with a focus on studio video, strong writing, and brand-aligned design while building and mentoring a small team and delivering monetized programs.

  • Growth/Content Engine: Plan and publish FCWLive Studio content across digital and print with tight quality and branding controls.
  • Team & Brand Operations: Lead a small team, collaborate with Production & Brand to ensure consistent visuals and messaging.
  • Performance & Monetization: Create revenue opportunities, improve platform metrics, and drive engagement and sales potential.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead Floor Covering Weekly’s digital presence across all platforms including FCWLive Studio video content planning, producing, and publication.
  • Leading and mentoring a small team.
  • Improving metrics across all platforms.
  • Creating monetized programs and sales opportunities.
  • Work with the Production & Brand Artist for marketing design and creating aligned branding across all products.
  • This position requires both independent work, team management, and collaboration with the larger FCW team.
  • Some content creation for both online and in print required.
  • Must have strong writing skills.
  • Some travel and event attendance required.
