Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive NAMER Pipeline & Revenue: Own the strategic plan and execution for regional demand generation, with ultimate accountability for driving qualified enterprise pipeline and closed-won revenue.
  • Architect Next-Gen ABM Programs: Design, launch, and scale 1:1 and 1:few Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs tailored to high-value enterprise targets in the US and Canada.
  • Optimize the Marketing-to-Sales Funnel: Partner deeply with Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, and Sales to refine lead scoring, qualification, routing, and shared SLAs to maximize conversion rates and eliminate funnel friction.
  • Scale High-Leverage Channels: Identify, test, and scale the most effective acquisition channels (e.g., personalization email and nurture campaigns, targeted paid digital, webinars, bespoke content syndication, and industry events) specifically optimized for the North American enterprise market.
  • Master the Enterprise Persona: Develop sophisticated segmentation and messaging strategies that resonate with complex buying committees—balancing highly technical personas (Product/Engineering) with commercial decision-makers (Finance/C-Suite).
  • Align Cross-Functionally: Act as a critical bridge between Enterprise Marketing, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Sales to ensure unified, integrated campaigns across the entire buyer journey.
  • Build for the Future: Establish the framework and early momentum for a high-performing demand gen function, keeping a laser focus on data-driven insights to constantly optimize ROI.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in demand generation, revenue marketing, or growth marketing within B2B SaaS or Fintech, with a proven track record supporting complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Proven ABM Expertise: Direct experience building and scaling highly targeted Account-Based Marketing programs that have measurably driven pipeline acceleration and closed-won revenue.
  • Data-Driven & Commercially Minded: Deep comfort with marketing automation, CRM systems, ABM tech stacks, and advanced multi-touch attribution models.
  • Fluidity Between Strategy & Execution: You love setting the high-level roadmap but are equally excited to roll up your sleeves, write the copy, build the campaign, and dive into the data yourself.
  • Exceptional Collaboration Skills: Strong cross-functional instincts with the ability to influence, align, and drive accountability across marketing, revenue ops, and senior sales leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive healthcare, vision, and dental benefits.
  • A highly collaborative, dynamic, and flexible working environment.
  • The opportunity to shape the growth story of a global fintech giant in North America.
