Job Summary

Own the end-to-end execution of the Dare to Dream campaign, translating strategy into actionable plans, coordinating across P2P, philanthropy, and business partnerships, and driving performance through data-driven optimization.

  • Lead cross-regional alignment and volunteer engagement to support fundraising and participant experience.
  • Monitor performance, reporting, and opportunities to improve results while maintaining clear stakeholder communication.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of a mission-focused Dare to Dream campaign
  • Ensure mission messaging is reflected across campaign materials and experiences
  • Connect fundraising efforts to impact and purpose
  • Reinforce a positive and meaningful participant experience
  • Drive execution to support Dare to Dream revenue goals
  • Support P2P growth through participation, engagement, and fundraising efforts
  • Translate strategy into clear plans and lead day-to-day execution across campaign channels (P2P, Philanthropy, Business Partnerships)
  • Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve results
  • Support reporting, tracking, and data visibility
  • Partner with regions to drive pipeline, growth, and consistent execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-6+ years of experience in fundraising, campaign execution, P2P programs, or related fields
  • Ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable direction
  • Strong focus on performance, results, and execution
  • Experience analyzing data and using insights to improve outcomes
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work across teams and align stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
