Job Summary
Own PEC U.S. launch readiness and cross-functional governance for regulatory-compliant promo materials, shaping process improvements and Veeva PromoMats and VDE administration to accelerate compliant launches while partnering across Legal, Medical, Regulatory, and Marketing.
- PEC Operations: Lead daily and weekly cross-functional meetings, coordinate timelines, and ensure SOP adherence across the organization.
- Launch Readiness & Execution: Serve as Day One material planning lead, drive cross-functional support for launch initiatives, and manage review throughput.
- Veeva Platform Excellence: Own Veeva PromoMats and VDE platform enhancements, roadmap planning, and capacity management.
