Job Description

We are currently looking for a?Manager of Client Experience?to join us.
In This Role, You Can Expect To Take On
  • Project orchestration: Work closely with team members across the agency (expression, strategy, insights, experience, etc.) to guide client projects from inception to completion, ensuring deliverables are on time, on budget and meet client’s goals
  • Process excellence: Own and manage the project workflows, maintaining status information, next steps, actions, responsibilities, blockers and scopes
  • Workflow design: Co-design project workflows with cross-departmental team members
  • Performance enablement: Balance and integrate work, client time, and downtime to protect team capacity; continuously identify opportunities to refine operating norms and sustain team performance?
  • Financial & operational insight: Create and populate dashboards to help entire team track and understand burn, budgets, resourcing, and projected vs. actuals; continually identify adjustment opportunities to optimize performance?
  • Creative thinking: Actively contribute to the content and direction of client work, helping to build upon ideas and direction regardless of the task or assignment
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Has 3-6 years of experience in account management, project management, and/or strategy, preferably in an advertising firm/agency
  • Wants to work in a complex, cross-functional and collaborative ecosystem
  • Loves to dive in to create structure and definition for new and emerging workflows
  • Has excellent attention to detail, across a variety of projects and timelines
  • Is a problem-solver, proactive, forward-thinking and resourceful
  • Is adaptable, has a can-do attitude and is quick to take ownership
  • Thrives in a fun, fast-paced, get shit done culture
  • Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Salary range: $66,000 - $77,000
