Job Summary

Own end-to-end lead and revenue optimization across marketing, buyer/seller funnels, and AI-enabled growth initiatives.

  • Define metrics and track ROI across campaigns and outsourcing
  • Drive adoption of AI tools to generate measurable value and connect marketing to revenue

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor outsourced marketing performance
  • Monitor lead generation performance
  • Monitor outsourced seller sales performance
  • Measure buyer and seller lead quality
  • Track conversion at each stage of the buyer and seller funnels
  • Measure campaign and outsourcing ROI
  • Identify where buyers and sellers are being lost in the funnel
  • Improve registration, RFQ, sample, order, repeat-order, and seller conversion
  • Coordinate AI-enabled growth initiatives
  • Ensure AI tools are adopted and generate measurable commercial value

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience in marketing, growth strategy, business analytics, digital commerce, or related functions
  • Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics, lead generation, and conversion optimization
  • Experience analyzing data and developing actionable business insights
  • Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies that support business growth and operational efficiency
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and analytics or reporting tools
