Support luxury project media across on-site capture, editing social content, and visual branding, while organizing assets and coordinating with leadership on presentation direction.

Media capture and lightweight editing for Instagram reels, stories, and other content on active luxury construction sites.
Collaborate on branding direction, presentation, and creative concepts with ownership to shape the company’s aesthetic.
Organize media folders and project content archives to ensure easy access and consistent storytelling.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Capture photo/video content at active luxury construction projects
Create and edit Instagram reels, stories, and social media content
Help document project progress and completed projects
Occasionally appear on camera for narration, walkthroughs, or interviews
Assist with maintaining Instagram and LinkedIn presence
Organize media folders and project content archives
Collaborate directly with ownership on branding, presentation, and creative direction
Help contribute to the overall aesthetic and visual identity of the company

Requirements

Friendly, sociable, and professional demeanor
Comfortable speaking on camera when needed
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with social media content creation and editing
Interest in luxury design, architecture, construction, branding, or visual storytelling
Reliable, responsive, and motivated
Comfortable working around active construction sites
