- Campaign Execution ownership: Lead the build, QA, and deployment of CRM and loyalty campaigns across platforms
- Process & Documentation: Standardize campaign setup, document improvements, and train new teammates
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate with Marketing IT Merchandising Finance and vendors to align offers, creative, and approvals
