Job Summary

Own loan pipeline management for a mortgage brokerage focused on investor loans; own the end-to-end file flow from application to closing, with emphasis on DSCR, Non-QM, and investor products.

Own loan operations workflow across borrowers, brokers, appraisers, title, and lenders.
Manage documentation, underwriting conditions, and packaging to accelerate closings.
Monitor milestones, provide status updates to partners, and maintain CRM accuracy.

Job Description

Own loan pipeline management for a mortgage brokerage focused on investor loans; own the end-to-end file flow from application to closing, with emphasis on DSCR, Non-QM, and investor products.

Assist Loan Officers with day-to-day loan pipeline management
Collect and review borrower documentation.
Maintain accurate loan files and CRM records
Follow up with borrowers, agents, title companies, insurance providers, and lenders
Coordinate third-party services including appraisals, title work, and insurance
Monitor loan milestones and ensure deadlines are met
Prepare loan submissions and assist with packaging files for underwriting
Review underwriting conditions and assist with condition collection
Track loans from application through closing
Provide regular status updates to borrowers and referral partners
