Job Summary

Own lifecycle engagement across onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement, turning behavioral insights into tested campaigns and collaborating with product/data teams to improve the user journey.

  • Lifecycle Campaigns: Build and optimize email, push, and SMS journeys across onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Data-driven optimization: Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and inform iteration.
  • Collaboration & writing: Partner with product/data teams; contribute to copywriting and AI-assisted drafting to accelerate experiments.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute lifecycle campaigns (email, push, SMS) across onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Segment users based on behavior, engagement, and value.
  • Support A/B testing efforts on subject lines, messaging, timing, and offers.
  • Collaborate with product and data teams to improve the user journey.
  • Contribute to campaign copywriting and creative ideation, including using AI tools to accelerate drafting.
  • Monitor campaign metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion, retention) and report insights.

Requirements

  • Marketing, Business, or Analytics background (current student or recent grad).
  • Strong interest in growth marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
  • You geek out on how brands talk to their users and how to do it better.
  • Data doesn't intimidate you. You know how to find the story inside it.
  • You write clearly and can make a complex idea land simply.
  • You don't wait to be unblocked. You ask sharp questions, take ownership, and thrive when there's no playbook.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus (Customer.io, Klaviyo, Braze).
  • Extra credit if you care about sports, fintech, or the future of prediction markets.
