Job Description

Responsibilities

Requirements

Experience with Leases and Lease Administration, including preparing lease agreements, ensuring compliance, and managing lease files accurately.
Strong skills in Resident Retention and Customer Service to create positive relationships and maintain a high level of resident satisfaction.
Excellent Communication skills for engaging with residents, prospects, and team members effectively and professionally.
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Preferred

Prior experience in property management, leasing, or real estate is a plus.
Proficiency in property management software and standard office tools is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not required.
