Job Summary
Own the leasing pipeline from first touch to close, balancing data accuracy, tours, and follow ups while supporting on campus outreach and resident relations.
- Growth Infrastructure: Normalize leasing data and reporting to drive occupancy goals.
- Demand Generation: Generate leads, schedule tours, and follow up with prospects to close leases.
- On-campus Engagement: Promote the community and assist in events to attract residents.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Understand the housing contract document and all related addendums and be able to clearly communicate all relative information to prospects and residents.
- Conduct all tasks necessary to close the sale in accordance with VIBES training guidelines, including but not limited to:
- Generating new leads
- Scheduling & conducting tours
- Entering data into the Property Management Software
- Prospect follow up.
- Assist the Associate Community Manager with the following as needed:
- Promoting the community via social media platforms
- Participating in on- and off-campus marketing events.
- Unit assignments and placements
