Job Summary

Own the leasing pipeline from first touch to close, balancing data accuracy, tours, and follow ups while supporting on campus outreach and resident relations.

Growth Infrastructure: Normalize leasing data and reporting to drive occupancy goals.
Demand Generation: Generate leads, schedule tours, and follow up with prospects to close leases.
On-campus Engagement: Promote the community and assist in events to attract residents.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Understand the housing contract document and all related addendums and be able to clearly communicate all relative information to prospects and residents.
Conduct all tasks necessary to close the sale in accordance with VIBES training guidelines, including but not limited to:
Generating new leads
Scheduling & conducting tours
Entering data into the Property Management Software
Prospect follow up.
Assist the Associate Community Manager with the following as needed:
Promoting the community via social media platforms
Participating in on- and off-campus marketing events.
Unit assignments and placements
