Responsibilities

• Leasing operations: Conduct tours, close sales, follow up, and complete leasing paperwork to drive occupancy.
• Team and programs: Train and manage leasing staff and develop renewal campaigns, budgets, and annual marketing plan.
• Community and events: Coordinate campus events and partner with local businesses for co-marketing opportunities and community image.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or comparable related student housing experience
• 1+ years of leasing and sales experience
• Social media and digital marketing experience
