Job Summary
Own the front door of a community by turning tours and inquiries into lease activity, while shaping how residents discover and engage with the property.
- Tour & Inquiry Ownership: guide prospects through visits and respond to interest across channels to drive applications.
- Content & Outreach: create social content and support events to keep the community visible and appealing.
- Paperwork & Renewals: manage leasing docs, applications, and renewals to close deals and maintain occupancy.
Job Description
- Greeting prospective residents and guiding them through tours of our community.
- Highlighting features, benefits, and lifestyle offerings that make our property stand out.
- Managing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Creating and posting engaging social media and marketing content.
- Supporting resident events and outreach campaigns to strengthen community engagement.
- Assisting with leasing paperwork, applications, and renewals.
- A people-person with strong communication and sales skills.
- Previous experience in leasing, hospitality, retail, or marketing is a plus (we’ll train the right candidate!).
- Comfortable with social media platforms and basic marketing tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy.
- Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
