Job Summary
Support property leasing operations and resident relations for Landmark Properties, handling daily leasing tasks and event coordination.
- Assist in tracking leasing data, metrics, and goal reporting.
- Coordinate monthly resident and marketing events and manage vendor relationships.
- Understand lease documents and communicate key terms to prospective residents and parents.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain model and tour route on a daily basis
- Assist with the maintenance of property curb appeal
- Assist in tracking and reporting of leasing data, metrics and goals
- Assist in developing and executing methods to retain residents and gain new ones
- Create and maintain relationships with vendors
- Organize and manage monthly resident events
- Organize and manage monthly marketing events
- Prepare for and execute housing fairs and other on campus events
- Assist with social media campaigns to maintain a social media presence
- Ensure follow up activities take place for all prospective residents
