  • Analytics Narrative: Translate marketing questions into an executive-ready story with practical takeaways.
  • Measurement Frameworks: Design ROI, CAC/LTV, and revenue-impact models that speak in plain language.
  • Experimentation & Communication: Plan and interpret lift and holdout tests and present crisp conclusions to stakeholders.
  • Direct the analysis, not just run it: Use SQL, Python, and AI coding assistants to interrogate data quickly, then explain why it matters.
  • Set the standard for analytics storytelling: Clear narratives, visuals, and confident recommendations for an executive audience.
  • Partner across the agency: Embed analytics into planning and optimization with strategy, media, creative, and tech teams.
  • Modernize insight delivery: Reduce manual reporting, build data trust, and apply AI/ML to analytics workflows.
  • Raise the bar for the team: Mentor junior analysts and help shape templates and best practices.
